The word calligraphy is derived from the Greek word ‘ kallos’ which means beauty and ‘graphe’ which means writing. It is a type of visual art. It is a style of hand writing. Calligraphy competition was conducted for the students of PP – II on 13/04/12. This was to encourage a sense of aesthetics among the students. They gave correct shape and form to the letters of the alphabet.
